What You’ll Actually Do

The founder currently handles scheduling, follow-up, research, vendor coordination, and logistics that honestly should not require a founder’s attention. This role takes all of it, completely. You are the reason the founder can focus on the work that only they can do.

You have been a great assistant somewhere, but the person you supported did not fully trust you with real responsibility or get out of your way enough to let you actually help. You want to work with someone who will hand things off and mean it.

Responsibilities

• Own calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination from start to finish
• Handle email triage and follow-up communication on behalf of the founder
• Conduct research and return clean, usable summaries, not just a pile of links
• Manage vendor, contractor, and service provider relationships
• Keep projects and commitments on track across internal team members
• Use AI tools to get done in 15 minutes what used to take an hour

What Success Looks Like

• The founder’s calendar is fully managed without them being involved in the scheduling process
• No follow-up or communication task ever falls through the cracks
• Research requests come back as actionable summaries within the agreed timeframe
• The founder gets back 10 or more hours per week within 60 days of your start

What We’re Looking For

• Direct experience supporting a founder, C-suite executive, or senior leader
• Exceptional written communication and genuine attention to detail
• AI tool fluency is non-negotiable. This is the most AI-leveraged role on the team.
• Complete discretion with confidential business and personal information
• Proactive by nature. You anticipate needs instead of waiting to be asked.
