Content Creator / Video Producer

Long-form content exists. Make it work a lot harder.

What You’ll Actually Do

Raw long-form video is being produced and it is not being fully leveraged. You turn it into short-form clips, VSL edits, and ad creative that actually performs. You edit fast, you understand hooks, and you know what moves people to action on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube in B2B and the aesthetics space.

You have been producing content for a while and you are tired of making things nobody sees, or things that look good but do not convert. You want to work with someone who has a genuine point of view and real expertise. You want your work to actually matter.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video into short-form clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Produce VSL edits and direct-response ad creative for paid campaigns
• Develop and test hooks and thumbnail concepts
• Manage the content production calendar with marketing
• Use AI video tools to increase production speed without sacrificing quality
• Build a repeatable content repurposing system the team can run consistently

What Success Looks Like

• Short-form content publishes consistently across platforms, at least three times per week
• Ad creative is delivered on time to support paid campaign launches
• Content performance data informs future production decisions
• Production volume increases over time without the production timeline growing with it

What We’re Looking For

• A strong video editing portfolio focused specifically on short-form social content
• Experience producing or editing VSL or direct-response video
• Proficiency with AI video and editing tools (CapCut, Descript, OpusClip, or similar)
• Fast turnaround. You move quickly with minimal feedback loops.
• Clear understanding of what actually performs in B2B and healthcare content on social platforms
• You work well from raw footage with minimal direction
