What You’ll Actually Do

You own top of funnel. Find qualified Med Spa owners, start real conversations, and book discovery calls for the Account Executive. You also build referral relationships with consultants, equipment vendors, and distributors who serve the same market. You generate the pipeline. The AE closes it.

You are a natural prospector. You do not sit around waiting for leads to come to you. You understand that the best opportunities come through outreach, and you have the system and the persistence to work it every day.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified Med Spa prospects using AI-powered prospecting tools
• Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone with a structured cadence
• Book qualified discovery calls for the Account Executive on a consistent basis
• Build and manage referral relationships with industry-adjacent partners
• Keep accurate prospecting records and pipeline notes in CRM
• Test and improve outreach messaging based on open rates and reply rates

What Success Looks Like

• A consistent and measurable volume of qualified discovery calls is booked every week
• Outreach sequences are documented and repeatable by anyone on the team
• At least five new active referral partner relationships are added per quarter
• The Account Executive’s calendar stays full

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation
• Strong written communication. Your cold outreach reads like a real person wrote it.
• CRM and outreach tool proficiency
• AI prospecting tool experience (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or similar)
• Familiarity with the Med Spa or healthcare aesthetics industry is a real advantage
• Metrics-driven. You track your numbers and you know what they mean.
