Account Executive

Warm leads. Strong offer. We need someone who can close.

What You’ll Actually Do

The founder generates awareness and inbound interest. This role converts that interest into signed clients at $5K to $25K plus engagements. You own the pipeline from discovery call to close. You run structured calls, present solutions, handle objections, and get contracts signed.

You have sold high-ticket B2B services before and you are good at it. You understand that closing is about clarity, not pressure. You want a product you actually believe in and a market you can become a genuine expert in. You are done selling something generic to anyone who will listen.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm inbound leads from first contact to signed contract
• Run structured discovery calls to diagnose client pain and present the right solution
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up cadences in CRM
• Build real relationships with Med Spa owners throughout the sales process
• Identify patterns in objections and pass that feedback back to marketing
• Coordinate smooth client handoffs to Client Success after a deal closes

What Success Looks Like

• Pipeline is managed consistently. No lead goes cold without a documented reason.
• Monthly revenue targets are met and tracked with clarity
• Every client who closes has an accurate understanding of what they purchased
• The founder is not needed on sales calls within 60 days

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B service or consulting deals
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills. You can walk through your process.
• Experience or genuine interest in the Med Spa or healthcare aesthetics industry
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• AI tools in your sales workflow for prospecting, follow-up, prep, or outreach
• Self-managed. You do not need reminders to follow up.
